Dan Porter
Dan moved west to Bozeman from Perry Hall, Maryland in the spring of 1986. Like many of his clients and friends, he fell in love with Montana. He brought with him 12 years of construction and real estate experience. Dan’s real estate focus in Montana has been helping clients to realize their dreams of homeownership. He specializes in residential real estate, homes on acreage, land, and equestrian properties.
His construction experience has allowed him to build two homes for himself from the ground up, so he knows what to look for when buying a home, or choosing a home site. His land sales run the gamut from city lots in town, to parcels hundreds of acres in size. He has represented Keith Fraser Construction, a member of the Southwest Montana Building Industry Association, in the sale of many new homes over the years, including a number of beautiful custom homes for his land buyers. Dan is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and a Member of the Big Sky Multiple Listing Service.
