In the past few years there has been great concern regarding the disappearance of bees around the world. This population decrease can be primarily attributed to pesticide poisoning and habitat loss. Bees are essential to a healthy ecosystem, they pollinate more often than any other pollinator. Pollination promotes plant reproduction and genetic diversity, the building blocks of herbaceous life.
